Our Team
Leadership driving smarter recycling
AIT is led by people who have spent their careers inside the work — on loading docks, in secure processing facilities, and across the compliance frameworks that govern enterprise IT disposition. Our leadership team is directly involved in enterprise engagements, because in this industry, accountability isn’t something you delegate.
Ian Witt
Managing Member, Chief Executive Officer
Ian brings more than 20 years of experience in the electronics recycling and ITAD industry to his leadership of AIT. As Managing Member and CEO, he has guided the company’s growth into a nationwide disposition partner trusted by more than 500 enterprises — expanding its logistics network, deepening its compliance infrastructure, and building the client programs behind engagements with organizations like SiriusXM and CyrusOne. Before taking the helm at AIT, Ian held senior account leadership roles in the e-waste recycling sector. He remains directly involved in enterprise engagements, and sets the standard behind AIT’s core commitment: every claim verifiable, every asset traceable, every outcome documented.
Justine Bartkowicz
Chief Operating Officer
Justine leads AIT’s day-to-day operations — the chain-of-custody protocols, processing workflows, and compliance documentation that every enterprise engagement depends on. She oversees the coordination of nationwide pickups, secure facility processing, and the reporting infrastructure that produces serialized Certificates of Destruction and Recycling on every project. Justine is the operational answer to the question every client asks: how do we know it was done right? Under her oversight, the proof is in the paperwork.
Julia DeSousa
Digital Marketing Director & Online Client Relations
Julia manages AIT’s digital presence and serves as the first point of contact for many of the organizations that find their way to AIT. She oversees the company’s online client relations — ensuring that every inquiry, from a single-site pickup request to a multi-facility decommission, reaches the right team quickly and gets a response that reflects how AIT runs its projects: organized, documented, and on time.
